From a very young age I was aware of my connections to energy. After having my own near death experience these connections become more profound and I felt a calling to use these gifts to help others.
I began to use my connection to help people who may often feel stuck and lost for answers deal with the spiritual and energetic effects on our health.
My approach to holistic healing uses the power and energies of crystals to help align and balance the bodies energy. The sessions aim to clear negative energy after life changing experiences or trauma, and helps release negative self-beliefs and fears we may hold onto. As I have developed as a practitioner, I have expanded my training and knowledge to offer other services that assist with the crystal healing work including hypnotherapy.
At the start of each session we will discuss any particular areas you feel you may need support and within the session you will be given time to relax lying down or in a recliner whilst we use a variety of crystals to cleanse yourself.
Whilst I enjoy working in all areas of healing, I do have a special interest in supporting people to deal with past and ongoing traumas. I find the work is helpful for people dealing with trauma and its effects to feel more grounded, less weighed down and heavy and to feel more secure.
Having suffered and been exposed to trauma in my past has allowed me to understand and connect with people more who may also be struggling in this area.
Family is my number one, my husband and I have two sons one of which I work alongside in the clinic. I also love time with my granddaughter it is a joy watching her grow, we enjoy reading books and park visits together.
I spend my spare time visiting family in rural Victoria and celebrating with friends over lovely dinners.
