With respect to other patients, please turn off your mobile phone or switch it to silent. Please refrain from talking on the mobile phone in reception.
Privacy Policy
Essendon Natural Health collects information from you for the primary purpose of providing the best quality natural healthcare possible. We require consent to collect information about you. We require you to provide us with your personal details and a full history so that we may properly assess, treat and maintain your health at a high standard of care.
This means we may use the information in the following ways:
Fees and Accounts
Fees for patients are due at the time of service. EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities are available on site. We accept VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Cash. We do not accept AMEX, Diner’s card or personal cheques.
Referrals
The greatest compliment we can receive is the referral of a friend or family member. We appreciate you entrusting us with the care of your close ones.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Your practitioner will outline and recommend an action plan to get your back on the road to optimal health. You will always receive the best outcome possible by keeping to your recommended action plan and attending the appointments that have been recommended to you. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that you keep your appointments where possible.
If you must cancel an appointment, the clinic requires you to provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation value. This fee is not covered by private health and must be paid by the patient.
