With an increase in physical distancing measures our Naturopath consultations have moved to an online or phone format – you can expect the same level of care and individualized natural health care approach of your health concerns.
Nothing has changed about the type and level of service you will receive, only the format. What this means is that all existing consults will be moved to an online or phone consult format and all new consults will also be conducted in this way.
What to expect from Naturopath online consultations?
Our online consults are conducted via Zoom video conference, this is a secure platform that only you and your practitioner will have access to. It’s really quite simple, you will receive an email link with all the details the day prior to your appointment, you can follow these instructions to log into your appointment at the designated appointment time.
You will wait in a ‘digital waiting room’ until your practitioner grants you access to your appointment – from there you and your practitioner will get to see each other and the consultation will be conducted as normal.
What if we need to discuss test results?
If you need to discuss test results during the session, the good news is we can share these details live on screen during your consult. Your practitioner will be able to discuss these with you and explain the results and treatment plan as you would expect in your usual consultation.
