We offer a number of different modalities to assist with injury recovery and pain relief. These include:

  • Osteopathy with Amy and Sonia
Our qualified, registered osteopaths deal mostly with musculoskeletal complaints, using hands-on examination and orthopaedic testing to provide a diagnosis. Through methods such as joint manipulation, soft tissue release and stretching, our osteopaths can help to alleviate pain in the neck, back, hips and more.
  • Myotherapy with Elizabeth
Our myotherapist uses a variety of methods such as remedial sports massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, dry needling and myofascial cupping to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, jaw pain and sports injuries.
  • Acupuncture with Lachlan
Our acupuncturists use thin needles to trigger acupuncture, muscular and motor points, stimulating nerve endings and muscle fibres to promote a healing response. Acupuncture can be effective for managing other symptoms associated with pain such as stress, anxiety, poor digestion and low mood.
  • Massage with Irene
Our massage therapists use a variety of techniques to promote relaxation and wellbeing, as well as treat sports injuries and other painful conditions relating to the musculature of the body. We also offer pregnancy massage as well.
